We dig the groundworks and build the sub-frame outside. You don't lose your kitchen, you don't have dust on the furniture, and you aren't living inside a building site. We just get on with the job at the bottom of the garden and stay out of your way.

We build the walls, roof, and floor out of heavy 172mm SIPs. We fit premium aluminium sliding doors and build an integrated pergola on the front. It is a proper, highly insulated building that actually holds its heat.
