Most general landscapers offer a 12-month guarantee.
That is fine for planting a hedge. It is useless for a building.
Ground movement takes time. Drainage issues take time. Poor foundations don't show up in the first summer. They show up in the second winter.
If your warranty runs out after a year, you are on your own.

How We Can Do It
You might ask: "How can you take that risk?"
It isn't a risk. It’s engineering.
We control the ground works.
- For Driveways: We don't just pour resin over old concrete. We dig it out. We install a proper, porous sub-base. We calculate the depth. We know the base is solid. So we know the top won't crack.
- For Studios: We don't build on patio slabs. We use ground screws or concrete piles. We anchor the building to the stable ground beneath the shifting topsoil.
We don't cut corners on the bits you can't see.
Because we do the foundations right, we know the structure stands up.
SIPs vs Timber
This is another reason for the warranty.
Timber summerhouses warp. Wood expands and contracts. Felt roofs leak.
We use SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels).
They are factory-engineered. They are precise. They don't twist. We wrap the building in a breathable membrane and clad it in premium timber or composite.
It is built like a house. So we guarantee it like a house.
